Whether you are planning a small meeting, large scale conference for 300 people or a concert we can accommodate your needs, with our flexible approach to event planning and our extensive range of services.

Catering

A full range of tasty catering options are available, from delicious sandwiches, mouth watering buffets to more formal options. We can also offer breakfast menus which are a great way to start the day. The Conference Facilities are fully licensed and a range of alcoholic drinks are available. We can cater for a range of dietary requirements and we can offer menus to suit all tastes and budgets.

AV Equipment

The Seminar Rooms are equipped with wall mounted white boards, flip charts and projection screens. They also have an overhead projector and 35mm slide projector. Upon request we can also provide data projectors and a TV/Video.

The Meeting Room features a plasma screen, traditional hanging screen and a overhead projector.

The Auditorium and Mini Theatre benefit from full audio visual equipment including roving mics, lapel mics, overhead projector, 35mm projector as well as DVD. Both these rooms have induction hearing loop facilities.

A plasma screen is available in both Foyer areas that are linked to the Auditorium and Mini Theatre so delegates can monitor event proceedings. Alternatively why not give your event a more professional look and bring an event title slide or welcoming PowerPoint presentation on a USB memory stick or CD.

An audio-visual technician can be provided to operate AV equipment if required and additional AV needs can be met if sufficient notice in advance is given by clients.

The Conference Centre has access throughout to ISDN2 lines and the Internet including WIFI connectability.

Free Car Parking

Ample free Car Parking is available within easy reach of all Conference Centre facilities. For large events, we can offer marshals to be available to direct visitors to the car park.

Conference Hosting & Management

Conference Centre staff are experienced in the hosting and management of scientific conferences. Facilities offered include the setting up of bespoke conference websites & online registration.
